Important — a report is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable

Each report is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Because the full report is a personalised digital good generated on demand the moment you pay, the fee is non-refundable once the report has been generated. Please read the free preview and confirm you understand this before purchasing.

These terms ("Reports Terms") govern your purchase and use of the paid reports offered on MingAI (each, a "Report") — including the Tarot Reading, Love & Relationship Reading, and Annual Bazi Report — operated by Cortexum AI Pte Ltd ("we", "us"). They are in addition to, not in place of, MingAI's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where these Reports Terms and the Terms of Service overlap, these Reports Terms control for matters within the scope of the Reports.

By purchasing a Report you agree to these Reports Terms.

1. What you are buying

A Report is a personalised, AI-generated reading produced from the details you provide (for example your question, tarot draw, or birth date, time, and place).
Before payment you can view a free preview (the opening sections). Purchasing unlocks the full Report, which is then written for you and made available to read online.
A Report is a single, one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, does not auto-renew, and grants no ongoing entitlement beyond the Report itself.

2. Price & payment

The price of each Report is shown on its entry page and again at checkout, in the currency stated there, before you pay. That displayed price is the price that applies to your purchase.
Your payment method is charged once, at the time of purchase, for the Report you select.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Cortexum AI Pte Ltd does not store your full card details on its own servers.
Prices may change from time to time. A price change never affects a Report you have already purchased.

3. Delivery & access

Generation begins immediately after successful payment and normally completes within a short time. You can leave and return to the Report using the private link tied to your account.
We make reasonable efforts to keep your purchased Reports available to you, but we do not guarantee indefinite availability. We recommend saving or exporting anything you wish to keep.
If a Report fails to generate due to a technical fault on our side and cannot be produced, we will re-generate it or refund that purchase — see Section 4.

4. No refunds — the fee is final once generated

Because a Report is a personalised digital good created on demand, the fee is non-refundable once the full Report has been generated. This includes (without limitation):

Changing your mind after purchase.
Disagreement with the content, tone, length, or interpretation of the Report. Reports are interpretive and are provided for reflection and entertainment (see Section 5); outcomes are not guaranteed.
Providing inaccurate or incomplete details that affect the Report.

We will, however, re-generate a Report or refund that purchase where the full Report was not delivered because of a technical fault on our side, and we will always honour refund rights that cannot be waived under the consumer-protection law that applies to you. If you believe something went wrong or that you have such a right, email us at [email protected] with your account details and we will assess the request in good faith.

5. Nature of the Reports & disclaimer

MingAI provides metaphysical interpretations — including tarot and Chinese metaphysics — for reference and self-reflection only. A Report is not and does not constitute professional investment, financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Nothing in a Report is a prediction or a guarantee of any outcome. Any decision you make on the basis of a Report is your sole responsibility. If you are dealing with a medical, legal, financial, or mental-health matter, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

6. Accuracy & your inputs

Reports are generated from the information you supply and from AI models that can make mistakes. The chart mathematics is computed deterministically, but the written interpretation is produced by an AI system and may contain errors, omissions, or generalisations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter (such as birth date, time, and location); an incorrect input will produce an incorrect Report.

7. Your data

We use the details you provide to generate and store your Report and to operate your account, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit another person's personal details unless you are entitled to do so.

8. Acceptable use & intellectual property

A Report is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may read, save, and share your own Report, but you may not resell it or present it as a professional advisory service.
The MingAI platform, templates, and underlying software remain the property of Cortexum AI Pte Ltd. Nothing here transfers ownership of the platform to you.

9. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to purchase a Report. If you are not, please do not purchase.

10. Changes to the Reports or these terms

Cortexum AI Pte Ltd may add, change, or withdraw Reports, features, or pricing at any time. We may also update these Reports Terms; the version in force when you purchase a Report governs that purchase.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Reports Terms are governed by, and any dispute is resolved under, the governing-law and disputes provisions of MingAI's general Terms of Service. Cortexum AI Pte Ltd is a company incorporated in Singapore.
